Presenting all the Pokemon by Region/Generation thanks to the Pokemon 3D Pro on the Nintendo 3DS by E.
The Pokedex is an item found in every Pokemon game. It's a device that records all the Pokemon you've seen and caught, excluding Pokemon seen in the, and. If you're looking for the more detailed IGN Pokedex App, follow this link: The Pokedex and National Dex The Pokedex was created by Professor Oak in the Kanto region. Each region has their own set of Pokemon, and their own way of listing Pokemon. After you defeat the, your Pokedex will be upgraded to the National Pokedex (sometimes called National Dex), which lists the Pokemon in the original order from 1-649 - Bulbasaur being number one and Genesect being number six hundred forty nine. Pokemon Info If you've seen the Pokemon, very basic info will be shown on each Pokemon's page. The info is their Pokedex number, how they look, the area you can find them, their cry, and the different forms they may have.
After capturing the Pokemon, more detailed info will appear on each Pokemon's Page. A small Pokeball will appear next to the Pokemon's info on the Pokedex, and next to any wild Pokemon of the same species. The new info will be their weight, height, footprint, and a summary on the Pokemon. Adding Pokemon to Pokedex Capturing Pokemon is the only way to add all info to the Pokdex. Seeing Pokemon in the game will add basic info, as mentioned earlier. However, seeing Pokemon in Wi-Fi Battles, Battles, Battles, and or Battles DO NOT add entries to your Pokedex. Habitat A new option featured in the Pokedex is the Habitat list.
Click Habitat in the lower left part of the screen to find a list of all places with wild Pokemon, you must visit that location before it will appear in this section. Click a location to see all known Pokemon in the area. The Pokemon will only be added to the area if you have seen the species at least once.
An outline of a red Poke Ball shaped stamp will mark the location if all Pokemon have been found for that particular area. If all Pokemon have been caught for that particular area, the red Poke Ball stamp will be filled. Unova Pokedex for Black 2 & White 2 The Unova Dex for Pokemon Black 2 and White 2 can hold up to 301 different Pokemon. All other Pokemon are set in the National Dex.
Four events, or trades, are needed to fill the entire Pokedex, plus a few trades between the two version to see a few others.
