Poor customer service. Left emails and voicemails and never received a response back. As far as the product. The sound quality is not that good.
Barely above the free autotune plugins you can find on the net. I use a lot of pentatonic and blues scales which you cannot choose in this product. Also there is no way to customize and save a scale. I had no ilok at the time so i had no way to demo the product beforehand. I bought purely off the antares name. But I will never purchase anything from them again. I ended up buying Waves Tune Real-Time and the difference was night and day.
The sound quality was superb and you can choose from a plethora of scales. Also they have a large display of the note so you can see how the plugin is affecting the incoming audio.
And I can't forget their great customer support. They walk me through the entire setup and installation process through the phone. So in conclusion stay away from Antares.
